This year, as with every year at Passover, we remember the first Exodus from Egypt and reflect on being a part of the diaspora. The Seder concludes with the phrase “L'shanah Haba'ah B'yerushalayim,” meaning “next year in Jerusalem.” It is a reminder that we are all connected to each other though we may be miles apart. This prayer is also a call for peace within the world and a return to our roots. Happy Pesach. L'shanah Haba'ah B'yerushalayim. |
